So Mr. New Zealand, we finally meet....

First it was yes, then it was maybe not, then yes again, then definatly no, then defiantly yes...... you guys must have been as confused as we were all were when chad told us about the "personal" business his mom was opening..."but who would sleep with her Chad? AND PAY?!?!?!"

So our first run-in with customs... No Pixie you CAN'T take a swiss army knife on a plane. A moment of silence for her lost friend........ Then there was the cranberries in our peanuts, and dirt in our boots.... o.k. guys, are things getting a little out of hand? But in the end we managed to meet up with Pete (a friend I had met through Dave W the year before). It doesn't take long for a friend of his to drop by, and already Pixie and I are in the middle of a search for "thepot".
The next day things went a little down for me, my imune system finally broke down and I caught Pixies wonderful sickness. So once again, out of commision.
We have caught most of the sunsets since we have been here. Two min behind Pete's house is the beach, and you can see the South Island. Date night continues, only this week it was barefoot walking down the beach after some frozen goodness (obviously at sunset).
We made it into Wellington earlier this week, cute busling town! We went to the museum, and it has the ROM beat hands down! Although you can tell there is alot more money in it.
We have also made it to the pub (the theory was that the alcohol would be good for my throat, and thats what we are sticking to). The local band that was playing was really quite enertaining!
Tomorrow Pixie and I are renting a car and taking some time to drive up to the top of the north Island. We have heard soe great things!! So stay tunned!!

I'm glad you made it to New Zealand. I'm even happier that I'll be seeing you soon.

Peace,
