<< Strange Days | Main | Absentee Squirrels >> November 03, 2004 >> A Call to Arms Rumour has it that Paddy's, our beloved downtown 'Irish' pub, has been sold and is slated to become - believe it or not - a seafood restaurant. This is highly unacceptable, but the transaction has already been completed and tomorrow night (Thursday) is the last day of regular Paddy's operations. Therefore I call all lovers of Paddy's across the ages to gather in mourning of what has become a staple in the downtown pub crawl.
